DOMAINE DU GRAND ROSIÈRES: CUVÉE TRADITION

This vintage comes from 8 hectares of vines planted on sandy silt, aged from 10 to over 65 years.

It offers a truly indulgent Quincy : the young vines bring fruitiness and balance, while the old vines add concentration and complexity. Its color is pale and brilliant yellow, its intense nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit. On the palate, the balance and depth fully reflect the terroir.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with seafood , fish in sauce and white meats .

DOMAIN SIRET-COURTAUD: QUINCY 1959

Planted in 1959, the oldest plot on our estate yields a wine of great complexity. Vinified with indigenous yeasts (natural yeasts from the grapes), this cuvée expresses the purity of our Quincy terroir.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with seafood , shellfish , fish in sauce , as well as white meats such as pork. Its balanced flavor also goes perfectly with goat cheeses and spicy dishes .
